Mozzart Bet Cup advances into Round of 32
The Mozzart Bet Cup round of 32 is set to be played on February 24 and 25, 2024, across different venues in the country as 32 clubs clash following the completion of the preliminary stages.
Bungoma Stars, the underdog surprise of the preliminary round that sent FKF Premier League side Bandari home, will now play FC Talanta at the Police Sacco Stadium on Saturday.
Meru side Al Azizia also made it to the round of 32 after beating Luanda Villa 4-3 in post-match penalties and now face Mombasa Stars, who had the most goals scored in the last round, kicking out El Doro Villa.
The current cup holders, Kakamega Homeboyz, will travel to El Dama Ravine to meet the regional side, Solian City. Gor Mahia will travel to the coastal side to play Denmark, also on Sunday.
PAC University will face AFC Leopards, the previous second- runners-up of the tournament, at the Police Sacco Stadium on Sunday.
