We are ready to adhere to building directives- Eastleigh developers tell President Ruto

Members of the property developers welfare society of Nairobi has reiterated their commitment to adhere to regulations in building construction, following the statement by President William Ruto.

According to the welfare society’s Secretary general  Abdi Dahir, the developers are also encouraging their members to follow the approved plans that they get from the county government of Nairobi planning g department.

“As stakeholders in this sector, we advocate for transparent communication, clarity in regulation and supportive environment for sustainable growth, ” Dahir said.

The group spoke during a press conference in Eastleigh, Nairobi. Led by the property developers welfare society of Nairobi chairman Abdirahman Mohammed, the society members called for a stakeholders meeting to be convened between the National Government, Nairobi city county and developers in order to prevent misinterpretation  or confusion among stakeholders.

The group reiterated their support for the President in his bid to streamline the industry as well as ensure the utmost security of the country.
